Billing questions, answered

How does the 7-day trial work?

The trial monitors one brand: 1 project, 25 tracked prompts, all 4 platforms, and a preview of the AI Readiness fix list. Every paid plan unlocks the full fix list and more projects; Studio and Agency add white-label reporting. No credit card needed — you're only charged when you choose a plan.

What counts as a tracked prompt?

A buyer question we run against all four platforms on your refresh schedule, e.g. “best CRM for real estate teams”. Your allowance is workspace-wide — spread it across projects however you like.

Do you charge per AI platform?

No. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews are included on every plan, including the trial. We don't sell engines as add-ons.

What are client viewers?

Free read-only accounts scoped to one project. Your clients see their live dashboard and reports; they can't edit anything and they don't count against your seats. Unlimited on every plan.

What happens if I downgrade?

Before confirming, we show exactly what exceeds the new plan's limits so you can archive projects or trim prompts first. We never silently delete anything.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for 10 months, get 12 — two months free. Annual plans are billed yearly upfront; monthly plans renew monthly and you can cancel anytime.
